Agreement for the processing of personal data
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and their Protection, I hereby provide my consent to the Mariam Kazakhstan Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) for the processing, implementation of activities, inclusion in the database of the online platform, and information support and coverage on the website. I hereby grant permission to the Foundation to collect and process my personal data, in both paper and electronic form, for the purpose of concluding and executing agreements between the Foundation and its legal representatives, through the use of social networks, internet, television, and print media. Personal data refers to any information recorded on electronic, paper, or other material media that pertains to the subject and their legal representatives. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Information required for completing questionnaires and applications and for proper identification;
- Information on family and social status;
- Information necessary for communication and determining the subject's place of residence or work;
- Information related to the Foundation's provision of assistance.
- I hereby give my consent to "Mariam Kazakhstan" Public Foundation for the photo and video recording of me and my family, as well as for the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification) of photo and video materials free of charge, including their placement on the official website of the Foundation, as well as in mobile applications, social networks, on TV channels and other media, in printed publications, magazines, banners, calendars, video clips, and advertising materials as illustrations.
- The Foundation is not allowed to use the images in ways that could harm the honor and dignity of my family or our business reputation.

I immediately submitted my documents to the specified Email and was overjoyed to be chosen out of many women! With the help of Almaz Kurmanalievich, the first transfer was performed in May, which was successful and resulted in my pregnancy! On February 6, 2023, I gave birth to our long-awaited son! Before this project, I had undergone two unsuccessful IVF treatments at my own expense! First and foremost, I express my gratitude to Allah, and then to the organizers of the project Laila Sultankyzy and the Ecomed team.

After years of waiting, we were finally blessed to hold our own child in our arms. For 17 years, we learned patience and never lost hope. In 2023, my husband and I went through a lot together, hand in hand. That year, Allah took two of our close ones; they passed away suddenly, but in return, He blessed us with our long-awaited child. The support of the "MARIYAM" foundation, under the heroic leadership of Laila Sultankyzy, which enabled us to realize our dream, is especially precious to us. I consider it a miracle from Allah that the birth of our daughter coincided with the sacred month of Ramadan, a time when our sincere intentions are always accepted. In 2022, I underwent IVF procedure in Ecomed center in Astana. Our first two IVF attempts ended in failure. After a two-month break, on the third time the transfer showed a positive result. Thank Allah, I safely reached all 9 months and in August 2023 we became happy parents. We express our great gratitude to Allah and the wonderful doctor of Ecomed clinic in Astana, Almaz Kurmanalievich Ibragimov, as well as public figure, journalist, a person with a golden heart - Laila Sultankyzy for help in achieving our cherished dream.
